Matcha Frappé

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 oz hot water (175-180 °F)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ice cubes
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions
 

  • Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove any clumps. Add hot water and whisk vigorously until fully dissolved and frothy. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  • In a blender, combine the matcha mixture, milk, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and top with a generous swirl of whipped cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
