Matcha Coffee Latte

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 oz hot water (175-180 °F)
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 oz milk
  • 2 oz instant espresso powder (cold brew coffee works too)
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to remove any clumps. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes. Gently pour milk over the ice.
  • Slowly pour the prepared espresso over the milk, with care not to break up the layers.
  • Enjoy your matcha coffee latte immediately! Stir before drinking if you prefer a blended flavor.
