Thaw the frozen mango chunks according to the package instructions.
Put mango chunks in a blender. Turn the blender on until the texture is smooth.
Strain the mango through a fine mesh sieve. Discard the pulp or save it for another recipe. You should have about 4-5 tablespoons of the strained mango.
Add the strained mango to a glass.
Add ice cubes.
Pour ginger beer into the glass.
