Strawberry Mint Infused Water
Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 Lemon
- 10-15 leaves Mint
- Ice
- Filtered Water

- Core and slice strawberries. Remove lemon rind, and cut into thin slices.
- Lightly bruise mint leaves by placing them in the palm of one hand and lightly clapping. This will release the natural mint oils for a more aromatic infusion.
- In a 1-liter pitcher, combine strawberry, lemon, and mint. Fill with filtered water and add ice to chill.
- Let sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Strain and serve.
- If keeping for a longer time, strain fruits and mint from the water before 24 hours have passed. Be careful not to steep for too long.
