Mango Ginger Fizz

Bright, zesty, and just the right amount of tropical, this Mango Ginger Fizz is a refreshing twist on your usual fizzy drink. The smooth mango flavor blends perfectly with the bold spice of non-alcoholic ginger beer, creating a simple yet sunny pick-me-up you can whip up anytime.

We experimented with fresh ginger and lemon-lime soda, but found it tricky to get the balance just right. Ginger beer ended up being the perfect match, offering the bold ginger kick we were looking for with much less fuss. We also tried using unstrained mango chunks, but straining the purée results in a much smoother texture and cleaner taste.

For the leftover mango pulp, try stirring it into yogurt, blending it into a smoothie, or mixing it into oatmeal for a little extra sweetness and fiber. For garnish, a sprig of fresh mint and a twist of citrus peel add a refreshing, aromatic finish to this vibrant drink.
