Inspired by the vivid colors of a tropical lagoon, the Blue Lagoon is a refreshing, citrusy drink that brings a splash of striking blue to your glass. Believed to have been invented by bartender Andy MacElhone at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris in the 1960s or 1970s, the Blue Lagoon has become a classic for its eye-catching appearance and bright, summery flavor. Traditionally garnished with a lemon or orange slice, our alcohol-free version keeps those tropical vibes, perfect for any occasion!
