A ripe banana will give you the best sweetness, but if you have frozen banana chunks on hand, those work great for a thicker smoothie. Yogurt adds that extra creaminess, and if you like a bit more flavor, feel free to swap plain yogurt for vanilla yogurt. Just be sure to adjust the sweetness. Since we’re using frozen strawberries, no ice is necessary.
And of course, feel free to tweak the sweetness to your liking or use a different sweetener if that’s more your style.
